Eric Hodska graduated in 1991 from Southern Connecticut State University with B.S. degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. He worked as a cardiac technician and managed corporate health centers for GE Capital and Chrysler Capital, and also gave corporate seminars to a variety of corporations before starting his own business in 1995. He has been coaching endurance athletes and has been leading exercise, strength, agility and quickness classes since 1992. Eric has assisted youth, elderly, professional athletes, weekend warriors, and every ability in becoming healthier, stronger, faster, and better.
Eric is a also top-ranked amateur triathlete who has competed in the highly competitive Hawaii Ironman Triathlon nine times, with a best time of 9 hours and 19 minutes. He has qualified for the Hawaii IM every year from 1996 to 2012, taking a few years off during this time from racing seriously to recharge. He holds the course record for Ironman USA in the 30-34 age group (9hrs24min) and has been selected by USA Triathlon as a six-time all-American. He also holds a 1/2 IM personal best of 4:01.
