-Infielders/Outfielder/Catchers: Pre-pitch routines, proper positioning, footwork and fundamentals
-Pitchers:Throwing/arm-care program designed to promote proper proper mechanics and arm strength along with a breakdown of the pitching motion from stance to follow through
-Hitters: hitting and breakdown of the swing from grip to finish with video analysis
-Base running fundamentals: Proper running mechanics, primary and secondary leads and how to advance from second and third base

LACROSSE
This program will help to develop a player’s all-around game while allowing each camper time to focus on the position of choice. We will work to improve their general lax IQ, emphasizing strategy, techniques and team work. This understanding of the game of lacrosse will be taught through drills and scrimmaging.

catching, cradling, dodging, defending, goalie skills, switching hands, scooping, throwing, shooting, checking, attacking, passing and face off.
