Small Group Training 1Hr – 3 to 6 Person
All of these sessions are done in a group atmosphere. What this means is that each athlete will be working out with other athletes that are at a similar level and age bracket. The groups are limited to 3-8 athletes. We limit the group size so that our athletes can get the individual attention that they need while being pushed by a group of their peers. We have found that the results our athletes get are greater in a group setting than on an individual basis. During the sessions every athlete will go through a strength program that is lead by one of our performance coaches. Our ultimate goal is make every athlete move as efficiently as they can on the field, court, etc., all done by pairing strength training and movement.
